Michelle is a AHPRA registered psychologist and board approved supervisor. Michelle is
passionate about helping others to achieve their potential and manage the challenges of life.
Michelle has worked in community services, child protection, schools, and private practice, with
extensive experience working with children, teens, and adults with a variety of presentations,
including autism, anxiety, anger, depression, adjustment disorders, ADHD, and trauma.
Michelle uses a flexible approach to treatment; utilising strategies from cognitive behavioural therapy
(CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT), and
solution focused therapy.
